Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At NOW I WON CO., your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things may not work out, so we’ve kept our return and exchange policy simple and transparent.

1. Return & Exchange Timelines

• Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  
  
• All returns/exchanges must be requested via email at support@nowiwon.co.in.

⚠️ Please note: Each order is eligible for return/exchange only once. 

2. Exchange Process

• Exchange orders are placed after pickup of your returned product.
  
  
• If your requested product is out of stock, our team will contact you to suggest an alternative.
  
  
• Reverse pickup for exchanges is Free for orders placed in Maharashtra, Chargeable (depending on the location) for orders placed elsewhere.
  
  

3. Refunds

• Refunds are primarily issued in the form of Money.
• Refunds take approximately 7-10 days to process after the product passes QC.
  
  
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

4. Damaged / Defective Items

• Any damaged, defective, or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  
  
• Proof in the form of images/videos may be required.
  
  
• Misprints, minor variations in color, or natural irregularities in handcrafted items are not considered defects — these are signs of authenticity.
  
  
• The final decision on returns/refunds lies with NOW I WON CO.
  
  

5. Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
• Once shipped, the order can be returned/exchanged post delivery for a full refund.
  
  
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
  
  

7. Return Conditions

• Returned products must be unused, unworn, with all original tags/labels intact.
  
  
• Returns/exchanges may be rejected if these conditions are not met.
