• Standard delivery takes 3-5 days.
• Exact shipping timelines for each product are mentioned on the respective product description page.
• Working days are considered Monday - Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
• Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be shared with you via email on your registered contact details.
  
  

⚠️ Important: Please do not accept any parcel that appears tampered. We cannot be held responsible for parcels once accepted in such condition.

2. Reverse Pickup for Exchanges

• We offer reverse pickup for eligible exchanges within India.
  
  
• In cases where reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, we may request you to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk.
  
  
• All exchanges are subject to garments which are unused, unworn, with all original tags/labels intact.
